When Beethoven first moved to Vienna as a young 22 year-old, he steadily established himself first as a foremost pianist and then as a composer, and made his own indelible mark on the Viennese community.

Join us as we discover 3 works from these early productive years when Beethoven started his ascent to become Vienna and Europe’s most respected composer – his joyful Sonata for Piano and Violin Op. 12 No. 3 in E flat major; his intricate Solo Piano Sonata ‘Pastorale’ Op. 28 in D major; and his turbulent Sonata for Piano and Violin Op. 30 No. 2 in c minor.

For young ones who are just starting out, we have two specially designed interactive Concerts for Children where they can discover the hidden messages in Beethoven’s music. Join us at one of these 50-minute fun and learning sessions !
