Why you should consider applying to Homegrown Series

“For younger chamber musicians, either recently finished or nearing the end of their formal studies, and aspiring to join the profession, contact with experienced musicians is pivotal. It is a chance to strive for absolute excellence, to hone rehearsal techniques, to be inspired and experience unfamiliar repertoire and musical ideas, and also to have aspects of the music profession and international music scene demystified through conversation and Q&As. These formed connections are all the more important in countries like Singapore where geographical distance and associated logistical challenges could inhibit such opportunities.”
